Business Credit Workshop (“BCW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses artificial intelligence (“AI”), automated systems, software platforms, and third-party technology providers to help operate our business and provide our products and services.

AI and automated tools are used to assist our team and our clients. They do not make lending or credit decisions on behalf of banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions. Funding decisions are made independently by the applicable lender.

Information generated or analyzed using AI should not be considered legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of funding eligibility, approval, credit limits, or other results.

Telephone calls, Zoom meetings, video conferences, coaching calls, consultations, webinars, Elite Club calls, training sessions, customer service interactions, and other communications with Business Credit Workshop may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or analyzed, including through the use of AI-powered technologies.
We may use these recordings and transcripts for customer service, training, quality assurance, recordkeeping, educational purposes, improvement of our products and services, internal analysis, and other legitimate business purposes.
