By participating in any telephone call, Zoom meeting, video conference, coaching call, consultation, webinar, group call, Elite Club call, training session, interview, livestream, or other audio or video interaction with BCW, you acknowledge and agree that the interaction may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, analyzed, or otherwise documented by BCW, including through the use of AI-powered recording, transcription, and analysis tools.
By participating, you consent to such recording and use. If you do not consent to being recorded, you should notify BCW before participating in the applicable call, meeting, or session.
Recordings and transcripts may be used for legitimate business purposes, including client service, quality assurance, training, education, recordkeeping, internal analysis, development of educational materials, improvement of our products and services, and marketing as permitted below.
Ownership and Use of Recorded Content
To the extent permitted by law, recordings created by BCW of its calls, meetings, coaching sessions, webinars, Elite Club sessions, trainings, interviews, and other programs are owned by BCW.
By voluntarily participating in a recorded interaction, you grant BCW and its affiliated entities a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to record, reproduce, edit, excerpt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use your participation, statements, voice, likeness, image, and contributions contained in the recording for educational, training, promotional, advertising, social media, website, and other legitimate business purposes.
BCW may edit recordings or use excerpts for length, clarity, formatting, or presentation, provided that we do not intentionally materially misrepresent the substance of your statements.
Testimonials, Success Stories and Client Results
If you voluntarily provide BCW with a testimonial, review, success story, funding approval, positive feedback, interview, video, message, email, social media post, comment, or other statement describing your experience or results with BCW, you grant BCW permission to reproduce, publish, display, edit, excerpt, and share that content for educational, promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes.
This permission includes the right to use your voluntarily provided testimonial or statement together with your name, voice, photograph, video, likeness, business name, and results that you voluntarily disclosed to us, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
